The newly relocated Andmill. The space has become much larger and prettier, and thanks to its location on the third floor, plenty of sunlight comes in, making the space bright and cheerful. The view could be better considering it's in Seongsu, but even so, the inside is a haven for sunlight. Expecting that there wouldn't be many people around the opening hours since it's the third floor, I was surprised to see 3-4 groups already there. The location isn't a big issue once word-of-mouth spreads for well-branded locations. Andmill is known for its sandwiches and soups. Ever since it was in Sadang, it has grown as a brand known for its aesthetically pleasing sandwiches and excellent taste, so you can trust their food! Other than their signature dishes like shrimp egg sandwich and sweet pumpkin consommé, monthly limited menus are also one of the charms of Andmill. I ordered the December limited menu, a grilled cheese and corn sandwich... The visuals of heaps of cream cheese, corn kernels, cheddar cheese, and bacon between the bread are overwhelming. It's a good balance of sweetness from cream cheese and saltiness from bacon, and plenty of corn provided great texture. With red chili powder on top, I even got a hint of Mexican elote vibe.
