It's really salty and delicious. 🍝 Generally, I tend to eat mildly seasoned food, but I want to eat steamed pasta because I want the pasta to be a little salty. When a bite of rolled up pasta has a rusty and crisp saltiness, the senses of the whole body come alive. It was the same with Eva's food. In the afternoon on a breezy day, I had my mind cleared with a plate of pasta. Beef carpaccio, thinly sliced and very soft red meat, served with soymilk tuna mayo, and salty deep-fried capers to capture both texture and seasoning. The pasta and ragu pasta with green onion sauce using fresh noodles are also delicious and the texture of the hard noodles and the rustic and crisp salty seasoning make the mind brighter.. Especially, the onion pasta chipolotto is a must order next time! Lastly, the bone-grilled Jeju black pork served with vegetables was the best black pork dish I've ever eaten. The Jeju black pork with the most ideal ratio, with a bit of fat and chewy skin attached as it is, was crispy and chewy on the outside and really moist on the inside. Even the focaccia, an aperitif bread that they bake themselves, has a special crispy texture on the outside, so if you sell it, you want to pack it up. It is served with savory Lorenzo olive oil, so dip it in olive oil and eat it. 12, Nonhyeon-ro 146-gil, daily 11:30~ (MON OFF) Valet
