Plant is a name with an interesting meaning as the star of freshness between Earth and Mars. That's why the interior with a futuristic atmosphere is impressively decorated with red stones like meteorites. In front of the bar-type seats, there are plants that are grown hydroponically, and there are children who rotate like revolving sushi. They seem to have a more futuristic feel to them! The seats are not as comfortable as in other cafes these days, but I like that the tables are high. It is a part that feels very sensual because it seems to express the atmosphere of this place well by giving a point with red stones and a floor to the toned down calm green color. If the scenery outside the window was green and the menu was good, I felt like it would be a place that would be loved by many people. The signature menu is vegetable white and vegetable black. All of them are latte-like drinks with soy milk as the base. Soy milk is strangely pea soy milk. Black is a latte with cacao, and white is with vanilla and condensed milk. In addition to the drink menu, basil pine sorbet with basil and bacon scones/basil spread are also signature dishes.
