"Geumpigji Restaurant" located near Yaksu Station

It is a restaurant of numerous celebrities and has been selected by the Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand for 4 consecutive years until this year.
YBD pig breed, which is a cross between Yorkshire, Berkshire and Duroc pigs, is used. Overall, the chewy texture, gravy, and flavor of fat are prominent.

I enjoy eating all the menu items, but personally, I was most impressed with the signature bone pork belly and skin. The long wait of 1-2 hours became a necessity thanks to its reputation and its taste, but I think it's well worth it. We also recommend ordering the whole pork kimchi stew, which has been simmered for two hours.

In addition, the charm of this place is that it has a separate Suntory highball machine, which is rare in Korea, so it is a big advantage that you can taste a wonderful highball with the right balance of carbonation and the taste of Gakubin whiskey. You can personally add whiskey shots, so we recommend ordering according to the amount you drink.

'Namyeong-don' located near Namyeong-dong
Namyeongdon is one of the most famous pork restaurants in Seoul.

After the expansion, the interior and the green exterior decoration caught your eye, and you can see the charcoal making, which is the identity of this place, next to the entrance.

The signature dish of this place is the spicy, juicy and savory pork loin and gabri. When you order meat, it is prepared with various kinds of kimchi, wasabi, salt, ssamjang, and salted fish as a basic side dish.

Thanks to the three beats of the cutting method, charcoal fire, and fresh raw meat, it is a place where you can experience a different kind of experience than you have experienced before.
In addition, the meal menu of Naengjolmyeon and Bibimjjollmyeon is good as a finishing touch, so we recommend ordering it.
It is known that the wait is quite severe, but if you aim for open runs outside of peak hours, you will be able to enter more quickly.

"Shinsa Yakbang" located in Jamwon-dong

Chef Jeong-rak Choi, a meat expert who has successfully consulted numerous meat restaurants such as Montan, Kodo-sik, and Baeksong, is the business of owner-chef. As you can guess from the name of the company, "meat is medicine" is the slogan of this place.

It was opened as a casual restaurant rather than a professional butcher's shop. The side dish stew and various sauces that come together after ordering are in a configuration that makes you feel a lot of thought before opening.

Korean beef samgyeopsal with thinly sliced Korean beef and Angelica kei are the classics here. Even non-specialists can see the splendor of the meat's stickiness and color.

In addition, the chef's specialty, 'Aging Special' is the signature of this restaurant, and the time and composition that can be ordered according to the number of days of aging vary each time, so it would be good to refer to Instagram for this part.

"Butcher Workshop" located near Eulji Hospital intersection in Nonhyeon-dong

A butcher shop run by owner Chef Jeong Hae-chan, specializing in Korean beef omakase courses. Not to mention the quality of the meat with its beautiful marbling, it is a place where you can have a special experience from grilling through optimal grilling to the composition of side dishes.

Personally, shrimp and swallowtail were the best parts when I visited, and thanks to the sommelier's excellent wine handling, I felt that the pleasure of the course was doubled. In the case of rooms, it is difficult to make reservations because of the large number of reservations, but reservations for halls are relatively easy.

If you want to have a special experience with good people on a special day, we recommend visiting.

'Buil Seagull' located in Samjeon-dong
Buil Seagull, a K-Yakiniku specialty store that has been operating since 1984, as much as the age you can feel from the signboard.

The interior of a long-established meat restaurant and gas stove stand out.
As the name suggests, seagull meat is good, but thickly sliced fresh beef tongue is the signature menu here.
In addition, a variety of sake, whiskey, and highballs are also available, so you will feel as if you are at a Japanese yakiniku restaurant.
In addition, the local side dishes such as shiokonbu and the taste of the sauce developed by the owner seem to add to the feeling.

In addition to beef tongue, there are various attractive parts such as 1++ ~ 1+ grade insoles, stalks, ox tails, salt stems, and special lambs.
It satisfies both the taste and the fun of choosing and ordering.
Curry and Cheonggukjang, which can be ordered additionally, are also delicious.

If you want to experience Japan with a touch of Korean cuisine, we recommend you to visit this place as it is the fastest way to Japan with yakiniku.

'Neuljoeun Hanwoo Village' located near Isu Station

A place that offers good quality Korean beef at reasonable prices
It was operated like a butcher's restaurant, so I thought that such a configuration was possible.

The marbling of Korean beef, which doesn't require much words, was impressive, and the menu of insole + ribs + cauliflower (110.0, 400g), ribs (73.0, 400g), and raw ribs (88.0, 400g) were especially good.
The meal menus such as nabe and cheonggukjang were good, as well as beef sashimi bibimbap, so I thought it would be good to choose according to your taste, and the fact that it is colckage free was also a big advantage.

However, it seems to be more satisfying to be with a member who has good grilling skills in a way that you have to cook by yourself.
