Illustrator Thibaud Herem's solo exhibition 'Le Jardin Fantome: The Dream Garden' at Albus Gallery๐Ÿ’ Thibaud Herem, a French artist and illustrator, and explorer, possesses a unique world of work defined by hand-drawn precise details. This exhibition, his second solo after the one held at Albus in 2018 and returning after four years, reveals the story of an unknown garden as a new series and an extension of the artist's work world. In the grand worldview of the 'Dream Garden,' all the flowers, bonsais, and buildings drawn are a mix of fiction and reality. The visible forms represent the present, but the non-existent fiction beyond the static images amplifies the imagination of the viewers sharing the work. The exhibition features about 30 pieces from the bonsai series and the new work <Hotel Fantome>, alongside large floral works and tree series that have returned on a larger scale. In the basement, it introduces new sketches, including some original drawings featured in the recently aired SBS drama 'That Year, We' and books published so far.

Experience the massive structure made of safety nets at "TUBE SEOUL" held at the K Contemporary Art Museum. This large-scale project exhibition by the globally renowned European artist group Numen/For Use utilizes everyday materials like tape, latex, nets, and threads to present site-specific installations. Known for crossing forms and genres based on Modernist traditions, Numen/For Use experiments diversely. TUBE SEOUL, making its debut in Korea, uses safety nets primarily employed at construction sites to prevent falls, creating a structure that is robust and elastic. The irregular diagonals and the uneven tube shapes create a perspective of diagonal views, offering an unexpected, surreal architectural experience. Like Tape Seoul, TUBE SEOUL also allows visitors to enter and experience the artwork, providing unique liveliness, fun, and experiences.
